Roll the butter dough out thinly, approx. 35 x 28 cm. Put it on baking paper and put in the freezer.

Clean the chicken and remove the skin. Cut chicken through from the back, but not through the breastbone. Wide the chicken out with chest upwards
Everything is stirred together.
Serve in glasses with ice.
