Recipes with Grated rye bread
Stir the egg yolks with the sugar until it elevates (recorder air in it) then stir in bread and almonds and finally the grated lemon rind. Pour into a well-oiled shape and covered with puff pastry.
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
Puff pastry:
Share the eggs and whip the egg whites until stiff.
Add the sugar a little at a time.
Stir in the egg yolks one at a time.
Mix grated rye bread with flour, baking soda, cocoa, grated chocolate and finely chopped nut kernels.
Turn it gently in egg mixture.

Boil chopped apples and plums in a little water, add the e.v.t. a little sugar. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the powdered sugar and grated rye bread, roasted until crisp. Put first kompotten, then the toasted rye bread and garnish with whipped cream.
Wash, clean and grate the apples coarsely. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Advantage mixture into 4 individual molds that are lubricated. Bake in the oven at 175C in 35 min. Serve with whipped cream or creme fraiche.
