Recipes with Frozen strawberries
The frozen strawberries are thawed and blended with flourishes.
The house block is soaked in water and melted in a sprig. Heat shelf flower juice and stir in the puree.
Let the mixture starch lightly before mixing with the pinch-sprinkled cream.

Pour the frozen berries into a blender and blend them with a flourish. Add creme fraiche and cream and blend it quickly evenly. Server immediately if possible. With some extra berries for decoration.
Mix it all and blend it.
Served ice cold.

All ingredients come in a blender and run to a creamy consistency.
First, a roulade bottom is baked: The whole egg is whipped with sugar to thick foam. In this case the flour is turned and the dough is lubricated in a piece of paper about 25 x 30 cm.
