Recipes with Eggs
Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into thin slices and put them in cold water. Whip egg and sugar into an airy "egg snap". Mix the butter and milk in the "egg nap". Then mix flour and baking soda into the egg mixture. Pour the dough into smal
Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough together into a lime and smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 min. And then divide the dough to 16 balls and collect to a mill with approx. 11/2 cm between each bowl. Let it rise for approx. 30 min. Brus
Whip egg and milk together. Chop tomato, argurk and onions and put it in the egg yolks. Add salt, pepper and all-round spice to your liking.

Mix the baking soda in the wheat flour and mix the egg yolks in.
Whip the egg whites stiff and turn it gently in the dough.
Pour the dough into a baking sheet, which is covered with baking paper.

All the ingredients are poured into a bowl and kneaded with your fingers. (NB: This dough must not be too much for otherwise it will be cool!) The dough is rolled for approx. 4mm thickness. Bake in a greased spring form at 180 degrees for 10-15 m
Stir all the ingredients together.
