Recipes with Grated rye bread
Stir sugar and egg yolks thoroughly, add rye bread, flour, cocoa and baking soda. The whipped egg whites are turned in with the chopped nuts. Bake in 3 well-molded molds.
Baked 15 min. At 190 degrees.

Whip the egg yolks white with the sugar. Mix the rye bread and chopped almonds. Turn the pinch egg whites in.
Put the dough in a greased spring form with rasp - approx. 1 hour at 170 degrees C. alm. oven.
Spread the eggs in whites and plums, whip the whites stiff. Gently stir the sugar in the whites. Get the egg yolks in one at a time. Chop the nuts and grate the rye bread. Mix both with the baking soda and put it in the dough. Fill the dough into 3 greased lay
