Lunch recipes
Mix both durum flour and wheat flour together with salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the water in another bowl. Bring the mixture with flour gradually into the bowl of water and yeast. Stir well along the way. Peel the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Eggs are whipped with flour, cheese, milk (or yogurt and water) salt and pepper. Fill in and mix well.
Pour into a greased pie (about 26 cm in diameter). Bake for approx. 1 hour at 180 degrees hot air oven.
A pan of oil is heated and the chicken breast is seasoned with salt and pepper. Shake the toast bread. Stir all the ingredients to the dressing together and taste it.
Set the sandwich with green, meat and dressing.
