Mains CARP ...

Cut the cleaned, scraped and washed carp in chop slices on 2-3 cm thickness, sprinkle the slices with salt and let them stand an hour or so. Turn the slices in a beaten egg and then in flour mixed with pepper. FRY in butter on a low heat.


Appetizers CARP ...

Boil the CARP as with Blue Carp, but without vinegar. Let cool slightly by the carp, and arrow then the meat of the fish. On half-Neapolitan-plates a bit of meat, along with a few tablespoons of chopped spinach. The dough will be closed together, and bake a fe
