Instructions for Zuppa di Crauti
To prepare the Zuppa di Crauti recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions and smoked sprouts are cut into fine tern. Lightly shake in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add broth and sauerkraut and cook at low heat for approx. 30 min. Season with salt and pepper. The potato is peeled and torn down directly into the soup on a raw roast (rough side). Stir the soup well and boil. Cut the bread into the tern and shake the golden brown in the remaining butter. Stir the cream fry up with a little broth and pour it into the soup. It must not boil. When serving, add breadcrumbs and finely chopped onions.
