Instructions for Yellow peas

To prepare the Yellow peas recipe, please follow these instructions:

The day before:
Chopsticks, bacon, legumes and fresh thyme are boiled with salt and vegetable stew in the 5 liters of water. The meat is taken up as it is cooked tenderly.

The soup is poured, the pot is cleaned and the soup poured back into the pan. The mill's yellow peas are added (see cooking time on the package).

Season with salt, pepper and dried thyme.

Before serving:
Medists are roasted in the oven or on the forehead.
The meat is heated in the oven.

Pears are cut for approx. 1 cm. Thin rings and carrots cut into slices. Boil tenderly. The cooking water is stored for dilution of the soup.

The meat is cut into slices and sausages in suitable pieces. Served after the soup with boiled potatoes, mustard and beetroot.
