Instructions for World's Best Fastelavensboller II
To prepare the World's Best Fastelavensboller II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is chopped into the flour. Then add sugar and salt.
The yeast dissolves in the lukewarm milk. Mix in the flour mixture with the egg. The dough is kneaded and raises 30 minutes.
Meanwhile the filling is made:
Eggs, vanilla sugar, milk and sugar are whipped together in a saucepan and heated up. When it almost boils, the flour is added and it boils well during whipping.
The dough is divided into 16 pieces rolled out to squares. Put some cream on it and the dough is pressed together. The balls are laid with the joint down, on a baking sheet coated with baking paper, and raise 40-45 minutes!
DO NOT be brushed !!
Bake at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10-12 minutes.
Served like warm, decorated with icing or whatever you want to put on :)
