Instructions for White-water steamed plaice in dill sauce
To prepare the White-water steamed plaice in dill sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chopped onions and half-mushrooms in a pan with a little butter for approx. 1 minute. Add white wine and fish fund and let it boil.
In the pan are rolled plaice fillets spiced with salt and pepper. Let the rolls boil for 1 minute, take the saucepan off and let the fish pull for 5 minutes.
The wet sifting and boiling together with a little cream until the sauce is given a suitable thickness. (Replace any cream with milk). In the sauce, finely chopped dill and tomato strips (tomato meat without kernels and flaked) and sauce are seasoned with salt and pepper.
Served with new potatoes.
