To prepare the White flour tortilla-Wheat flour tortilla recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the butter into the flour. Add a little salt and knead water into the dough until it is smooth and drop the table easily.
Form the dough into twelve buns to be resting under a tea towel for 30 minutes.
Roll each bun off to thin pancakes and behind them on a hot, dry pan to coming light brown patches on. It takes about 1 minute. Turn and bake on the other side.
Incorporate air bubbles in-pressure them carefully out with a tea towel.
Keep them soft during a tea towel. Just before they are to be used-heated on a plate in the microwave. They should just be hot!
