To prepare the White asparagus salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The asparagus is peeled from head to root, breaking down the bottom end. The asparagus is cut obliquely for 2 cm. Pieces and cooked barely tenderly.
The potatoes are boiled and cooled.
Cut the rams and turn them together with asparagus and potatoes and pour the marinade over.
Decorate with shredded tomato, without seeds.
