Instructions for Whiskey Pieces
To prepare the Whiskey Pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bristles are cut into slices for thick medallions such as beams easily flat. Brown in butter on a very hot forehead and remove.
Whiskey poured on the forehead and ignited. Beware of the flames. When the whiskey is burned add red wine and broth, smooth the sauce with floury flour - add salt and pepper.
The steaks are laid in the sauce and ready to finish approx. 5 min.
The potatoes are scrubbed - give a cross and fryer in a 200 degree C. Alm. Oven 1 1/4 hour - they must be very tender. Onions are packed in stanniol and fry for about 45 minutes - depending on the size. Butter the butter with garlic and parsley - leave it cold. Used as an accessory to the potatoes.
Serving: The steaks are served in the sauce. Potatoes and onions in stanniol. This is a good glass of red wine.
