To prepare the Warm asparagus with orange butter sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tear a little peel of an orange, like a Juliennejern, then squeeze the juice of all appellines.
Get the juice of the oranges and the yellow peel, cut into fine strips, in a saucepan. Warm up to boiling point. Take it from the heat and whip the cold butter in the saucepan to form a hot, smoothed butter sauce. The butter must not be separated. Season with salt.
The trapped ends are broken off and the asparagus slanted in a pan with lacquered cooking bowl. The heads should not be covered with water. They are cooked for approx. 6-8 min and drip off and put on a dish. Salt light.
Arrange them on hot plates. Add if necessary. Sauce a bit of asparagus water and pour it over the asparagus. Spice if necessary. With a little parsley, rump or dill.
