To prepare the Vote with goat cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tear the potatoes on the rough side of a grater. Lay the potato strips - a little at a time - in a clean dish, turn them away from the dishes and place them in a bowl. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil on a pan (possibly a blinispande) and favor the potato strips in small pancakes, approx. 5-6 cm in diameter. Stretch them golden on both sides and push them down into the oil along the way to make them crisp all the way through. Let them drip onto greasy paper. Repeat until you have 16 votes. Cut each goat cheese into 6 slices. Put the roast layers on layers of cheese between them. Gratinate the roasting towers in the oven for a short while. Serving them warm, decorated with fresh chives.
