To prepare the Vegetable stuffed peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack the peppers and clean of kernels. Put in baking dish.
Saute the leeks, cauliflower and mushroom in the fat. They should not brown. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fill in the peppers. Joined tomato slices on top and sprinkle them with salt, pepper and grated cheese list.
Set in oven about 20 mins at 200 ยบ.
