2 | Small packages (113 g) green peas, frozen | |
4 | dl | Chicken broth by cube |
50 | g | Butter |
6 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Vegetable soup with ham
To prepare the Vegetable soup with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw the peas so much that one bag can be mashed with a fork. Melt 50 g of butter in a saucepan and steam the chopped onions. Add the mashed peas and milk and broth. Bring the soup into the boil, turn it down and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the whole peas and the finely chopped ham. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, stir the yogurt. The soup is served hot.
