200gSpinach, fresh cusp for stems
4Sundried tomatoes in oil

Instructions for Vegetable casserole

To prepare the Vegetable casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the carrots and parsley root into cubes.
Chicken and ripping off tomateren and cut them in both.
Chop the dried tomatoes.
Rinse the spinach and chop it coarsely.
Cut the spring onions into slices.

Mix all the vegetables in a pan, pour the tomato juice and water, and simmer the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Season to taste and serve with boiled potatoes.
