Instructions for Veal pot of curry II
To prepare the Veal pot of curry II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. If you use the bov/comb all the tendons are removed. Getting fat in the Pan and saute the 1-2 tbsp curry powder (depending on how strong you like it) and Brown the meat in it. Add diced sautéed with onions in the grove for a few min. Add water and bouillon cube and simmer about 30 mins. clean and slice mushrooms into coarse slices. Add them and let it all simmer for approx. 20 min. Sauce smoothed slightly with corn flour and just before serving, add bean spires.
Tips:
Mushroom in happy can be used. Bean sprout canned may be used. Served with loose rice.
