Instructions for Veal dish with tandoori masala and herbs
To prepare the Veal dish with tandoori masala and herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the veal into large cubes of about 3 x 3 cm. Brown kødternene on a frying pan of hot oil. When the first is tanned skins sprinkled with 1 tablespoon. Tandoori masala and FRY further in ½ minute's time.
Take the pieces of meat out of the Pan, then put in a nice large heat-proof dish and boil the pan with 4 dl. Water. Pour the water over the pieces of meat and the style of the dish in the oven at 150 degrees c. cover the dish with a lid or refractory silver foil.
Then do the vegetables in a position. Slice the carrot and parsley root into 1 cm pieces, cut the onions into rings and willow white buds. Got it all in the dish to the meat and stir regularly in court. The meat is tender after about 1 ½ hour. Taste right with salt.
Take the refractory dish out of the oven and smooth if necessary. the sauce with corn flour, if the desired slightly thicker. Finally, sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley.
Cook the rice as indicated on the packaging and serve them to the Court.
Tips:
Tandoori masala is a blend spices of coriander, cumin, pepper, ginger, nutmeg and chili. You will not be able to obtain it, it can be replaced with paprika.
