Instructions for Twist bread 02
To prepare the Twist bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is heated to room temperature (URf.eks. in micro wave oven), and the yeast dissolved in it.
Stir flour into milk, 3/4 portion and knead the butter into.
Add sugar and salt, when mass is mixed, and knead the remaining quantity of flour finish.
Let dough raise at room temperature for at least 1 hour, and preferably longer.
When snobrødene must be made, kneaded the dough, and then wrap the pegs.
