2.5 | dl | Honey |
2.5 | dl | Almonds |
2.5 | dl | Sugar |
5 | Egg whites |
Instructions for Turrones
To prepare the Turrones recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chicken tonsils and swing them. Almonds and hazelnuts roasted lightly in a pan or in the oven at 150 degrees the toasting in approximately 20 minutes.
Chop them fine.
Beat the egg whites until they are very stiff and stir in the nuts.
In a pan, mix the honey and sugar and melted. Add nut mixture, mix and stir constantly for 10 minutes and take away from the heat.
Pour the mass in a shallow casserole dish covered with baking paper. When it's cold, sprinkle cinnamon over.
Cut into small piece when it is stiff.
