To prepare the Turkey rolls with feta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper, add a little basil and feta cheese to each of the rolls. Roll and fasten with a toothed plug. Stir golden in a little olive oil in a small saucepan. Sprinkle with flour and pour with chicken stock and whipped cream. The sauce counts approx. 30 min and then sieved.

The dish is served with freshly cooked pasta.
