Ingredients for Turkey packages with madeira sauce

Freshly ground pepper

25gCold butter into small pieces
25gButter
3twigsParsley
4dlChicken broth (cube + water)
4Turkey schnitzler (a ca. 150 g)
8platesPuff pastry (about 750 g)

Instructions for Turkey packages with madeira sauce

To prepare the Turkey packages with madeira sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
