To prepare the Turkey Meatball with Feta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir all ingredients except thus and parsley together in a bowl to a fairly steady father. Set the covered in refrigerator 1 hour.
Mash with a fork, and thus turn it into forcemeat with minced parsley.
Mix a little flour and bread crumbs with salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Form forcemeat with hands dipped in flour, and roll them in the breadcrumbs mixture. They are still soft, but they'll probably stick together.
