1tspFinely chopped green chili-seedless
1Small handful fresh cilantro leaves
1.5tbspGround cumin
2tbspFinely grated fresh ginger
2tbspChopped onion
2tbspOil
2Small eggs
2/3tspGaram-masala
4tbspChopped cashews
600gChopped Turkey

Instructions for Turkey kebabs

To prepare the Turkey kebabs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in the Turkey, egg, oil, spices and salt together well. Chop the cashews, onions, ginger, chilli and coriander leaves finely and stir that in forcemeat, together with garam-masala.

Form forcemeat for four dumplings and set them on a spit. With a damp hand shaped anna_spanky to a sausage on each of spidene. Rose spidene over the grill or in the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
