Instructions for Tunmousse X
To prepare the Tunmousse X recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put husblasen in soft.
Findel tuna and came in a bowl.
Com 18% sour cream in conjunction with salt pepper and paprika.
Chop the onion and came in.
Whip the cream and turn it into the mix (or add 2 dl Crème Fraiche 38%).
Melt eventually husblasen in lemon juice in the water bath (writer's hot)
Came the melted gelatin in and stir gently.
Came the finished tunmousse in a form.
Style tunmoussen in the fridge for you can draw patterns in.
Serving: Flip tunmoussen out on a platter. Garnish with shrimp, as well as tops with caviar. Put picked iceberg lettuce and shrimp along the side of the dish.
