To prepare the Tuna mousse - super delicious recipe, please follow these instructions:
The tuna, chopped onion, lemon juice and creme fraiche are mixed and run in the blender / chopper.
The house block is soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and melted.
Mix the husblasen with some of the tuna before whipping it in the rest.
When the mass is so stiff that it can form a pattern, turn in cream and add salt and pepper.
If possible, turn the caviar in.
Fill the mass into bowl or paté form. (Greased - so it can be turned on dish).
