2tspCardamom, ground
50gYeast
50gButter
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Traditional wheat

To prepare the Traditional wheat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Light milk, water and butter let and stir the yeast. Mix the whipped eggs, flour, salt and sugar into the yeast and knead the dough well.

Let the dough raise loose and covered to double size for about half an hour. Then work well again and divide it into 12 bowls.

Place them on a baking sheet and allow them to rise. The balls should preferably touch each other. A small fifth for the actual raising is to allow this to take place in steam over a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes.

Bake at 200 degrees C alm. oven. 15-20 minutes.
