To prepare the Tortilla with filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dressing: All ingredients for the dressing are stirred together in a bowl. The dressing is seasoned with salt and pepper.
Filling: The honey melon is scratched free of cores. The melon is peeled and the thinly sliced flour is cut into thin slices. The iceberg is rinsed and cut well. The tomato is rinsed and cut into thin, half slices.
Tortilla: The dressing is lubricated on the tortillas. Lucerne sprouts, icebergs and tomato slices are spread over the 2 tortillas. Melon slices and spegeskinke are laid on top of the vegetables. The tortillas are rolled together and packed into household films until they are eaten.
Serving: Tortilla with filling served with a bowl of rough raw or snack vegetables to.
Variation: The filling in the tortilla can be varied as desired. The bacon can be replaced with, for example, tuna, boiled hamstring or a rest of chicken meat. The honey melon can be replaced with pineapple, and the tortillas can be replaced with pita bread.
