Instructions for Tortilla Fill
To prepare the Tortilla Fill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions and peppers cut into coarse pieces, mashed halves, chili and garlic cut into thin rings. Combine with the meat in a large bowl and add oil, lime and spices. Meat and vegetables must stand in the marina for 6-8 hours.
All ingredients are poured onto a large pan and fry approx. half an hour. Eaten with tortillas, salsa and salad.
