2.5 | dl | Crème fraiche 38% |
5 | dl | Vegetable broth |
50 | g | Soup horn |
Instructions for Tomato soup with pasta
To prepare the Tomato soup with pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and garlic nicely. Heat the oil in a pan and cook onions and garlic approx. 2 min.
Sprinkle the curry over and let it sweat with a few minutes.
Blend the fried tomatoes and pour them into the pan.
Add the broth and boil the soup approx. 5 min.
Add the pasta and let the soup boil for the time it takes to boil the pasta.
Taste the soup with salt and pepper and server immediately.
Add fish balls, meatballs or hammer, depending on what you like best. All three parts can also be mixed and added to the soup.
