Instructions for Tomato Soup II

To prepare the Tomato Soup II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shallots and garlic chopped and steamed tender in oil with thyme. Add the white wine and let it boil in half.

Tomato in coarse cubes added, it is cooked thoroughly.

Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Thyme stems are taken up and the soup is blended, sieve and cooked through. Season with more salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar, if necessary.

The soup is cooled and served with small diced cucumber and sliced Basil.
