This right can be done lightning fast in a food processor, but can also be made by hand.

Put garlic and Basil in food processor and chop with S-cut leaves. Take the S-cut the leaves out and set the "slicing" cutting blade in. Switching between running cucumber and tomato through. Transfer to a salad bowl. Mix gently. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve. 2 – 6 servings.

Tips:
Variations: use ¼ Cup pitted and finely chopped kalamata olives instead of Basil and garlic. No sea salt in this variation.
