Instructions for Tomato-cream soup
To prepare the Tomato-cream soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the spring onion or Leek small print out
Cut the carrot into slices
Cut the onion into small dice
Share the tomatoes and cut them small print out
Sauté the vegetables in butter, sprinkle flour over and add the broth. Let it simmer in my 20-30.
pour soup through a sieve or blend the (hand blender)
Add the whipping cream and warm the soup through. Season with salt and pepper.
By serving may be complied with 1 tbsp. sour cream on each plate. It can also be served with URf.eks. shrimp.
