Instructions for Tofu Deller
To prepare the Tofu Deller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tofu into small pieces and blend it in a bowl until it is perfectly fine.
Trim half of the carrots and potatoes, on the fine side of a grater and squeeze all the liquid out of it before putting it into the bowl. After that, tear the rest on the coarse side and put it in the bowl. After chopping mushrooms, red pepper fruit and onion and put it in the bowl. Stir well in the bowl. There after pressure, whipped and seasoned with spices.
Add 2 tbsp. And a little flour until '' Dad '' hangs together.
Form it with a spoon in your hand and put it on a pan of oil. The flat they are the more crisp they become.
