1-2 | Grated carrots | |
2 | dl | Finely chopped cauliflower |
Instructions for The house's favorite français
To prepare the The house's favorite français recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate carrots, chop onion and cauliflower fine.
Mix all the ingredients - except the egg in a bowl.
Then add the egg and stir well.
Put in a refrigerator for half an hour.
Fry to fry panels and fry on the forehead until they are crisp and brown .. about 8 min on each side.
Can be served with fresh pasta, a good tomato sauce and maybe a little toasted bacon.
Tip: May be added 1/2 dl sunflower seed. This meatballs can bring even scared men to cheer and eat in large quantities. So just do it enough :-)
