The potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes (about 1.5x1.5cm.). The pores are cleaned and cut into slices.
Put it in a pot of olive oil and let it steam for 6-8 minutes.
Then add broth and bay leaves and let it boil for 20-25 minutes.
Take the laurel leaves and dazzle the soup. Now taste with salt and pepper.
