To prepare the The good Christmas cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in fat and sugar together well. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Stir well after each. Add the orange zest and juice. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir it in together with rum.
Mix all filling with the 3 tbsp. flour and mix it into the batter. Came the dough in a greased springform and garnish with some whole walnuts. Bake the cake 175 degrees c. 1-1 1/4 hour at alm. oven. Let the pie cool on a wire rack.
