To prepare the The fig Tops recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the stems of the figs and then chop the figs roughly. Tear the marcipan on the rough side to a grater. Mix the marcipan with the chopped figs, fat and rasp. Whip egg whites for a moment with a fork and pour so much of it into the dough to make it smooth and easy to shape. Divide the dough into 30 equal pieces and shape them to peaks. It's easiest to roll them ril bullets first, then make tops on them. Melt chocolate on a plate of boiling water. Brush the figs with melted chocolate and leave them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

tips:
Figs can be purchased all year round in health stores. If they are very dry, you can soften them in cold water for about 30 minutes.
