To prepare the Tenderloin Chops with pasta and tuna sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the trimmed tenderloin into thick slices and squeeze them out easily by hand. Fry them in brown butter and oil 4-5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
