1 | canned | Tuna in water |
1½ | dl | Sour cream |

2 | tbsp | Cold water |
50 | g | Grated Emmenthal |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Tart with pie
To prepare the Tart with pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough:
Sift the flour and crumble the butter. Add salt and mix the dough with water. Roll out the dough and put it in a greased pie. Prepare the base at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
Pour the tuna to drain. Cut the pork into rings and boil them for 2 min. Pour them into draining in a sieve. Whip egg with cream fraiche, cheese, flour, basil, salt and pepper. Turn tuna and porridge rings into the egg yolks and benefit the filling on the baked pie.
Bake the pie finished at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
