To prepare the Tart with ham or bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
To the dough: crush the butter into the flour and salt. Put the egg (which is) therein and collect the dough until it is firm. Place it on a spoon sprinkled with flour and roll it out with a baking roll. Put it in a pie shape and cut the dishes with a scissors. Knit holes with a fork. Now it is to be cooked in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 10-15 minutes.
For egg mixing: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whip loose with a whipping cream.
For hammer filling: chop the bulbs roughly and turn them on a pan. Distribute them to the bottom of the prevented crustacean bottom and cross the skink strips. Then spread the egg mixture over the pie.
For bacon-porridge fillet: Cut the bacon into small pieces and lightly sprinkle them on a pan. Bring them in a bowl until they are used. Cut the pores into circular pieces, wrap them and spread them on the bottom of the pie. Bring the slightly fried bacon over the pears. And then spread the egg mixture over the pie.
The pie is to be baked in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. Half an hour.
