Ingredients for Tacos with chicken

Freshly ground pepper
1largeYellow bell peppers in short, thick strips (about 2 1/2 dl)
1largeRed bell peppers in short, thick strips (about 2 1/2 dl)
1/4tspCayenne pepper
1/4tspCoarse salt
2Chicken fillets (approx. 275 g)
25gButter
250gKaro's cottage cheese 13 + (4%)
3largeCloves of garlic sliced
3smallYellow onions in both (ca. 150 g)
3/4lAir-dried salad, e.g. Romaine (ca. 125 g)
8Taco shells (about 100 g)

Instructions for Tacos with chicken

To prepare the Tacos with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the coarse tendons and membranes of the chicken fillets. Let half of the butter to be browned in a pan. Brown the fillets 1/2 min. on each side.
