To prepare the Sweated squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut squash into cubes. Sprinkle them with salt. Let them draw 10 minutes. Rinse them under cold water. Let them drip well.
Season the squash into the fat for about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly squeezed pepper over. Add if necessary. nuts.
