Ingredients for Sunshine bread
Wheat flour | ||
0.5 | dl | Rye kernels |
1 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tsp | Salt |
20 | g | Yeast |
3 | Grated carrots | |
5 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Sunshine bread
To prepare the Sunshine bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Cook rugkernerne for approx. 3 dl. water and let them cool.
2. stir the yeast into the water, add carrots, sunflower seeds, rye kernels and oil.
3. Add salt.
4. Add so much flour that dough is slightly sticky.
5. knead well like 5 min with hand mixer.
6. let the dejlen raising-over cover with plastic film in the fridge overnight + 1 hour on the kitchen table.
7. be shaped to 2 bread and let them raise in 15 min.
8. Bake at 225 g for 10 min then screwed down to 200 g where they bake in the shell was 20 min
9. allow to cool and be eaten
Tips:
They get a nice color gulig pga. carrots-which also makes the bread stays fresh for several days. Tastes of Sun and summer I think:-)
