To prepare the Sunflower patty recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the sunflower seeds for ½ hour and pour the water off.

Bring carrots, garlic and ginger down into the food processor and chop with s-cut blades until everything is finely chopped. Add sunflower seeds and Nama Shoyu and blend until it is creamy. Add 2 tablespoons of extra water if necessary. Gives 2 cups.
