Instructions for Sunbeam Chicken
To prepare the Sunbeam Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper and freshly ground nutmeg. Sprinkle with a little teriyaki sauce. Place the chicken in a small ovenproof dish (the meat should preferably fill the bottom of the dish). Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Pour the orange juice over. Sprinkle with approx. Half of the sugar. Cut the nectarines into thin boats (keep peeled on) and spread them over the chicken fillets. Sprinkle with the last sugar. Put in a 200 degree hot oven for 10 minutes. Turn to 180 degrees and allow roasting for approx. ½ hour. Spread some of the veins over chicken and fruit a few times during the frying.

Served with rice, or mashed potatoes, for example, a pair of finely chopped green stalks from fresh summer onions. And like with div. vegetable accessories.
