Instructions for SU Tunsalat

To prepare the SU Tunsalat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the broccoli and boil it in water with a little salt until it gets tender (the water does not cover the broccoli).
While the broccoli cools, season it with plenty of pepper and a little salt.
When it is cool enough to touch, chop it nicely and put into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Everything is stirred together, so the tuna divides. Can be served with roasted rye bread
